Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that Shaun Neil Adams, RITANZ insolvency practitioner accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, was appointed liquidator of the above companies by resolution of the shareholders in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The liquidations commenced on 8 February 2018 at 4.05pm in respect of ECO-VISION GROUP LIMITED and at 4.10pm in respect of the other companies.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that the liquidator hereby fixes 22 March 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under sections 312 and 313 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice of Intention to Dispense with Creditors Meeting

Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidator intends to dispense with meetings of creditors. Should any creditor object to dispensing with the creditors’ meetings they are required to notify the liquidator within 10 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
