Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Vance of Deloitte were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of P & H HAULAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch on 17 December 2018 at 10.25am.

8 February 2019 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
