Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 17 December 2018 at 8.30pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PACIFIC COAST FREIGHTERS 2015 LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
