Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency, and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company, at 3.30pm on 17 December 2018, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named company.

The undersigned does hereby fix 23 January 2019 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved, or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation. The business has been sold to new owners who continue to trade under the same name.
