Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The Companies Act 1993

On 7 December 2018 at 4.00pm it was resolved by the board of the company, pursuant to section 241(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that AUGUSTA VALUE ADD FUND NO. 1 LIMITED be liquidated and that Carolyn Lee Jackson, chartered accountant of New Plymouth, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 7 December 2018.
