Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of G M S CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 6 December 2018 at 10.36am.

We fix 25 January 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority.
