Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Colin Owens and David Webb of Deloitte were appointed liquidators, jointly and severally, of the above companies on 3 December 2018 at 2.00pm by shareholder special resolution. These are both solvent liquidations.

14 January 2019 is fixed as the last day for creditors to lodge and establish any priority their claims may have. Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
