Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Steven Khov, both CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed liquidators of PAINTING PLUS 2015 LIMITED (in liquidation) on 27 November 2018 at 10.00am.

We fix 24 December 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
