Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 29 November 2018 at 2.16pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder(s), pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that HOROWHENUA EDUCARE LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
