Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Grant Stephen Jarrold, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of BIRCHGATE ESTATE LIMITED at Christchurch on 29 November 2018 by shareholders’ special resolution of the shareholders at Christchurch on 29 November 2018 at 9.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims

Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect to the company should provide details to the liquidator urgently.

The liquidator has fixed 15 December 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
