Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 26 November 2018 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that R C E SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 26 November 2018 at 11.00am. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 7 January 2019.
