In the notice with the above title, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 21 November 2018, Notice No. 2018-al5913, replace the first paragraph with:

“Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Steven Khov, both CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed liquidators of TAIRUA PACIFIC HARBOUR LIMITED (in liquidation) on 20 November 2018 at 4.55pm.”
