Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Iain McLennan and Peri Finnigan, accredited insolvency practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the shareholders of the company on 19 November 2018 at 6.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 11 January 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
