Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Creditors to Claim

Rhys Cain, insolvency practitioner of Christchurch, and Rees Logan, chartered accountant of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidatorsof PROJECT MANAGEMENT LIMITED, LIVE WIRE LIMITED, LAKES ENGINEERING LIMITED and GROUND EFFECTS LIMITED by order of the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 19 November 2018 at 11.12am, 11.18am, 11.22am and 11.25am respectively.

Both Rhys Cain and Rees Logan are RITANZ Insolvency Practitioners accredited by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

We fix 21 January 2019 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
