Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Companies Act 1993, Section 3, 255(2)(a)

On 20 November 2018, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that C&I ENTERPRISE LIMITED be liquidated and that Joon Youl Seo of Auckland, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on 20 November 2018 at 9.00am.
