Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 14 November 2018 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that CONPLANT LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 14 November 2018 at 10.00am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 19 December 2018.
