Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 15 November 2018 at 10.35am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that RYAN’S BUILDERS (CANTERBURY) LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
