Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Iain McLennan and Colin Roger Sanderson, accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland and Hamilton, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 16 November 2018 at 10.57am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 1 February 2019 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
