Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, CAANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners, of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the sole shareholder of the company at 4.00pm on 12 November 2018 pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 21 December 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
