Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

The Companies Act 1993

Pursuant to an order of the High Court at Auckland dated 12 November 2018, Kare Johnstone and Andrew John Grenfell, chartered accountants and accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators.

If any creditor claims a security interest over any assets of the above company, please provide details to the liquidators forthwith.

The liquidation commenced on 12 November 2018 at 3.00pm.
