Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that on 1 November 2018 at 11.00am the above-named company passed a special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, stating that the company be put into liquidation and that Doreen Ford, of Auckland, be appointed as liquidator.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator of the above company fixes 28 November 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation and the shareholders wish to liquidate the company which is no longer trading.
