Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Kim Scott Thompson were appointed as joint and several liqudiators of RETROFIT ASSESS LIMITED (in liquidation) on 29 October 2018 at 3.00pm.

We fix 29 December 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority.
