Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 1 February 2018 at 8.55pm, it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that EDUCATIONAL TRAVEL INTERNATIONAL LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
