Take notice that LAMP SPECIALISTS (SOUTH ISLAND) LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 February 2018 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
