MARTZ ACCOUNTING LIMITED (in liquidation)
Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MARTZ ACCOUNTING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Christchurch, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 26 October 2018 at 9.00am.
Please note the business of the company was sold on 24 October 2018 and continues to trade under new ownership.
We fix 30 November 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
