Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is given that the liquidators of ROSS ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) have now issued letters to all known investors setting out their claim in the liquidation, calculated pursuant to the High Court’s direction of 8 August 2018. If you have not received a letter but believe you should be entitled to a distribution please contact the liquidators.
