Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

We, Elizabeth Helen Keene and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, both of KPMG, were appointed as joint and several successor liquidators of the companies upon the resignation of Kim Scott Thompson on 19 October 2018 at 7.30am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 18 December 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have priority to, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
