Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 17 October 2018 at 5.44pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholder, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PLUMBING GAS AND HEATING PROFESSIONALS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
