Craig Young, of Restructuring Services Limited, has resigned as liquidator of TAYLORS 129 LIMITED (in liquidation) pursuant to section 283(2) of the Act. Christopher Carey McCullagh, chartered accountant, and Stephen Mark Lawrence, both RITANZ Accredited Insolvency Practitioners of PKF Corporate Recovery & Insolvency (Auckland) Limited, have been appointed jointly and severally as successor liquidators on 11 October 2018 at 9.45am.

The liquidators have fixed 11 December 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
