Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On the 16 October 2018 at 10.30am it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that PRESTIGE KITCHEN INSTALLATIONS LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
