Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 9 October 2018 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that COOPATT LIMITED be liquidated and that Howard Edward Dalzell, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.

The liquidation commenced on 9 October 2018 at 12.00pm.

The liquidator does hereby fix 16 November 2018 as the day on or before which any creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any preferential claims they may have, pursuant to section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
