Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), Paul Vlasic and Lynda Smart of Rodgers Reidy (NZ) Limited, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by special shareholders’ resolution on 10 October 2018 at 3.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 21 November 2018 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Note: The company is solvent and is being liquidated as it has completed the purpose for which it was incorporated.
