Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 8 October 2018 and 10 October 2018 respectively, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 8 October 2018 at 11.00am and 10 October 2018 at 2.30pm respectively.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 15 November 2018.
