Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Jollands, cpa aip, and Catherine Jane Jollands, cpa aip, accredited insolvency practitioners and certified practising accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of FOSSIL STONE LIMITED (in liquidation) on 31 January 2018 at 1.04pm by a resolution of the shareholders in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Notice is hereby given that, a declaration of solvency having been filed in accordance with section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the Company, on appointment of liquidators under paragraph (a) of section 241, would be able to pay its debts.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidators hereby fix 28 February 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under sections 312 and 313 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 245 of the Act, the liquidators intend to dispense with the meetings of creditors; should any creditor object to dispensing with the creditors meeting they are required to notify the liquidators within 10 working days of the date of publication of this notice.
