Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MANAKO INVESTMENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 October 2018 at 10.53am.

We fix 15 November 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
