Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, David Ian Ruscoe and Timothy Wilson Downes, both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several liquidators of EBERT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in receivership) by special resolution of the company. The liquidation commenced on 3 October 2018 at 5.00pm.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 9 November 2018 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
