TFW LIMITED (in liquidation)
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), Deborah Nesti, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of TFW LIMITED.
This solvent liquidation commenced on 2 October 2018.
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 9 November 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act.
