Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 1 October 2018 at 5.17pm it was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MANUKAU TYRES & ALLIGNMENT SERVICES LIMITED be liquidated and that Imran Mohammed Kamal, insolvency practitioner of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
