Michael Grant Higgins, chartered accountant and insolvency practitioner, was appointed as liquidator of CZAR LOGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) on 25 September 2018 at 10.45am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”).

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 2 November 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Claim forms will be emailed to all known creditors and be made available on the Companies Office website as part of the first report which will be issued accordingly.
