Notice of Appointment of Liquidator to Solvent Companies

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the companies listed above commenced on 25 September 2018 at 7.00am. Murray G. Allott, Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand Accredited Insolvency Practitioner, has been appointed as liquidator by the shareholder of each company in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the passing of a special resolution.

The director for each company had previously passed a resolution declaring that on the appointment of a liquidator the companies would be able to pay their debts.

Notice of Meeting of Creditors

Pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidator is not required to call a creditors’ meeting.

The companies being liquidated have been certified by the director as being solvent companies.
