Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald and Steven Khov were appointed joint and several liquidators of LAND PRIME LIMITED on 28 September 2018 at 10.05am.

We fix 26 October 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
