Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan and Iain McLennan, accredited insolvency practitioners of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court at Auckland on 28 September 2018 at 10.55am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidators have fixed 9 November 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
