Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Take notice that BRIGHT SPARKS SOUTHERN LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 21 September 2018 to be put into liquidation.

Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.

The liquidation commenced on 21 September 2018 at 8.34am, and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidators, whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, Unit 3, 202 Wooldridge Road (PO Box 20009), Christchurch 8543.
