Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

On 24 September 2018 and 25 September 2018 respectively, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that COMPLETE STOP LIMITED and UNCLE MIKE’S BBQ SHACK, LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Leslie Gair, of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidations commenced on 24 September 2018 at 12.00pm and 25 September 2018 at 10.30am respectively. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 22 October 2018 and 23 October 2018 respectively.
