Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company on 21 September 2018 at 10.00am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 2 November 2018 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have in the liquidation.
