Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

We, Hayden Dashwood Trotter and Angelina Antoinette Greer, chartered accountants of Feilding, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of MCKELLAR FARMLANDS LIMITED by special resolution of the shareholders on 17 September 2018 at 10.00am the date that the liquidation commenced.

The liquidation is that of a solvent company and is being done due to all business activities being ceased as a result of a shareholder restructure.
