Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on Monday 17 September 2018 at 9.30am the shareholder of the above-named company appointed Pritesh Patel, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator of the company.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 26 October 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and establish any priority.
