Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of BABYLON 2017 NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) on 17 September 2018 at 12.12pm.

We fix 17 November 2018 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority.
