Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The shareholders of the company resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), that Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed as liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 14 September 2018 at 9.00am.

Creditors of the company are to file their claims with the liquidator and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, on or before 15 October 2018.

Any creditors claiming a security interest in respect of the company should urgently provide details to the liquidator.
