Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

It was resolved by special resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that David Thomas, accountant of Tauranga, be appointed liquidator for the purpose on the date and times below:

7 September 2018

COASTLINE CONTRACTING & DRAINAGE LIMITED at 6.00pm.

I fix 7 October 2018 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
